How do I return an item?

Refund/Return Policy

We do accept returns if you contact us within 15 days after the delivery date and if we physically receive your order 14 days after your initial contact. All items must be in unused and unaltered condition. To contact us, please call us directly at (469) 225-3773 or send us an e-mail. One of our customer service representatives will contact you and will review your order.

The following return policy must be followed, to receive any type of a credit refund:

  1. You need to contact Customer Service within 15 days after your purchase receipt.
  2. Customer Service has to approve your return and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
  3. You need to return your batteries with your original invoice and RMA included in the package. All RMA forms sent from our Customer Service department, expire 7 business days after receipt.
  4. After you return your item/s at our warehouse and we verify their quality, we can then refund your account.
  5. Restocking fee of 15% of the total order (including shipping cost) will apply for all orders that are returned. The shipping cost for will not be refunded.
  6. Once an RMA is requested, but the process is not completed, reserves the rights to deem any warranty requests.

How much will your account be credited for?

If you did contact our Customer Service department within 15 days after your receipt and you did return your package during the next 14 days (a 2-week period), we will refund your account with your total amount less 15% restocking fee. Please, note you will need to cover the shipping cost for the return. 

If we did send you the wrong battery size, will cover the shipping cost (both ways) and will send you the right replacement for free.

If batteries are delivered damaged, they are exchanged at no cost with brand new replacements. Just send us a picture of the damaged battery within 5 days of receiving the item and we will ship you a brand new one.

We do not grant any refund if you return your package without our approval or contact us later than this 15-day period. Please do not return merchandise to our remittance address. We accept returns only when the return policy described above is followed.

All SLA batteries come with an official 1-year warranty. offers only brand new, factory fresh batteries. We do send new replacements for free if batteries do not perform due to manufacturing defect(s).

This policy is in effect only for orders placed on It is not applicable to orders placed outside this domain such as on marketplaces or third party vendors. You will need to contact the vendor or marketplace that you purchased your item on to see their specific policies.
