Warranty Policy:
We will replace all batteries that are bought on RaionGroup.com that have a listed warranty that have failed due to defects in material. Raiongroup.com offers a warranty of 1-year on Sealed Lead Acid (SLA) batteries. The warranty period starts from the purchase date of the order in question. Under warrant, we can replace the defective item with an identical or another compatible product up to our discretion. The original warranty expiration will be in effect for the replacement product that is shipped out.
Warranty Exceptions:RaionGroup.com warranty does not apply to batteries that have failed to operate due to extreme or inappropriate usage, improper charging or application. A key indication of over charging is the battery may bloat. Warranty will be voided if a product has been left at a charge level, lower than what is considered minimum for the battery to perform effectively when installed.
We do not replace a product due to short circuits or damaged applications. A physically damaged battery can be replaced in 7 days time, assuming that the damage has occurred during transportation. Pictures of the damage product with branding and damaged shipping material must be provided.
RaionGroup.com reserves the rights to deem any warranty requests, if an RMA is requested, but the process has not completed.
Any items that are exported are not covered by our warranty policy.
This particular warranty is only applicable to orders placed & processed on www.raiongroup.com. If you purchased on another domain such as a marketplace or third party vendor, please check in the listing if there is a warranty advertised or if the vendor has a warranty they are selling with. We are not liable for warranty claims for orders placed on domains and marketplaces other than www.raiongroup.com
Warranty Procedure:If you request a replacement under warranty, you may be asked to provide us with the battery’s readings taken with a voltage meter. RaionGroup.com keeps the right to test a battery when returned and to refuse replacing if any of the above exceptions are found. All shipping costs related to replacing a battery under warranty are covered by the buyer.
It is the customer's responsibility that the battery arrives at our facility for warranty testing without any damages. As such, we recommend using appropriate packaging that will prevent this from happening and getting insurance if damages do occur. Damages may prevent us from safely testing the batteries.
