Carriers and Time frames:
www.RaionGroup.com uses USPS & UPS for all normal size shipments. All of the regular orders are shipped via priority mail or ground depending upon total weight of the order. Delivery takes between 2 and 5 business days. Large bulk orders may be shipped via a Less Than Truck Load (LTL) freight carrier.
When do we ship?
www.RaionGroup.com ships your orders on the same day, if the order is submitted before 1 P.M. CST and the item is in stock, unless specified otherwise . Orders placed after 1 P.M. CST will be executed the next business day. We ship every day, excluding official Holidays and weekends.
Can I cancel the order if the shipment is in progress?
If you decide to cancel your order with www.RaionGroup.com when the package is on its way, you have to contact us. Our Customer Service agents will notify the carrier company and will intercept the parcel. An additional fee of $12.00 will apply to every cancelled package, along with return shipping charges to our Warehouse. As per our company policy, we charge 15% restocking fee for all returned and refused orders.
Are there additional charges for incorrect shipping address?
In case the order is returned back to us, due to inputting a wrong address, the customer will have to cover the cost for the return shipping cost. Furthermore, the customer will forfeit the initial shipping cost paid when placing the order. Once the item has arrived back in our possession in original condition, a return/refund will be processed according to our returns policy.
Where do we ship?
www.RaionGroup.com ships within the United States.
Please note that all orders with total weight above 250LBS are subject to be shipped out on a pallet. The shipping cost shown on the website is subject to change based on whether the ship to facility is accommodated to receive pallets. The requirements are as follows:
- To have either a loading dock, or a forklift present.
- Not a limited access facility (all hospitals, schools, universities, colleges, military buildings or sites and all other government buildings are considered to be “limited access” by all freight carriers).
- The shipping facility must be easily accessible for an 18 wheel truck
- If there is no appointment needed for the delivery.
- Other.
Upon placing the order you will be contacted by our customer service team to inquire about the aforementioned requirements and if they are not present you will be quoted a fee for those additional services.
This shipping policy is only applicable to orders placed on www.raiongroup.com. If you purchased a battery on a marketplace or via a third party vendor, please contact the marketplace or the third party vendor that your purchased from to see their specific policies.
